Sima Yi is a mysterious strategist and researcher with no known origin. 

Based on Destiny Gundam, he features articulated wings as well as a giant hand known as Engokumasho which can be mounted on its backpack. 

Eyes features two modes which can be changed by rotating the interior of the head.
