About this title:

This release shows an accurately marked vehicle from the 1st Motorized Artillery Regiment, 1st Polish Armored Division. This division landed in Normandy in 1944 with II Canadian Corps and its most memorable action was in helping close the Falaise Gap from August 19th to the 22nd thus entrapping huge numbers of German soldiers. The division later participated in the liberation of Belgium and Holland.
