The Dornier Pfiel (Arrow) was unique interceptor aircraft, featuring two engines, one in the front and one in the back.  Because of the hazards of bailing out into the rear propeller, it featured the Luftwaffe's first ejection seat.  It was fast, manueverable and well-armed, but its effectiveness was somewhat diminished by its variable flight path, which made aiming difficult.
