This is your opportunity to have some big-time fun with your 1:32 Slot Cars.  Just imagine running all-out on this course:

Details:

1) Set up Saturday Night, May 3rd starting at 6PM.  We need about eight volunteers to help us setup, and we leave Hobby Works at the 9PM closing.    If we get done early, you can get some track time in before we leave Saturday night.

2) Race event Sunday May 4th.  We start at 12 noon, first race starts at 1PM or sooner if enough people show up with cars that qualify for an event.  We ask ALL race participants to contribute $3.00 towards track upgrades and maintenance.   We need volunteers to stay at the end to help take the track down.  If you are going to race it is expected of everyone to help set up or break down the track-or both if you are so inclined.  This way it's fair for everyone.

We are racing on a newly designed track that Leonard and Ken designed "RATTLESNAKE RUN-BEGGARS CANYON".  It is a heavily modified version of a track we raced on three events ago.  This track should be a challenge to race on.  This will be a 6 lane Scalextric Track Event with RMS Computer Lap Recording System in Place.  For those of you with Carrera cars-there will be no R1 turns of any kind.

We allow magnets and tires in our Class racing.  Highly modified cars will race together in separate events.  Please bring the following classes of cars, as we will try to race these cars as time allows:  Ford GT 40; Classic NASCAR; Current NASCAR; Current Le Mans: Japanese GT Cars; Road /Endurance Cars; Classic Trans AM-Mustangs and Camaros; and as time allows Modified Car Racing.
