ParkZone's first RTF was the famous Slo-V, quickly followed by the J-3 Cub. Together they set a new standard for ready-to-fly R/C aircraft, and the world has never been the same.
But that was several years ago, and they decided it was high time to upgrade, and boy, did they!
The original J3 model had a choice of beginner or expert modes, but you had to remove or insert a chip to change it. Now you have full time dual rates on rudder and elevator.
Next, they gave it what every airplane needs: more power and less weight. A brushless motor and Lithium-Polymer batteries get that job done.
Finally, they put in a 2.4 GHz radio which means you can fly anywhere, any time, without fear of interference.
While we don't recommend it as a first airplane (unless you have help), this plane is a joy for anyone and everyone who has successfully flown an R/C airplane, and it's performance with full power and high rates will delight even the most seasoned pilot.
