• Receive 1 point for every full $1 you spend on merchandise (excluding tax) $1 = 1 point.
• Points are rewarded in Reward Certificates good for virtually all items in the store.  You qualify for a Reward Certificate for every 300 points you accumulate (300 point minimum).

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How can I be sure that all of my purchases are credited towards my Works Advantage© Card points balance?
A:  Always show your Advantage Card to the cashier before every purchase (and return) and ask to have it scanned.  Only then can we automatically capture your points.  If your card/key tag was not scanned, then bring us copies of your receipts with your contact info and Works Advantage© Card number.  Points cannot be added to your account at the register after the original transaction.  Always keep your receipts.

Q:  What happens if I have more than 300 points?  For instance if I have 680 points, what will be the amount of my Reward Certificate?
A:  If you have 680 points you will receive a Reward Certificate for $20, based on reaching the 300 point minimum twice.  The remaining 80 points will roll over toward your next reward.*

Q:  Will my unused points ever expire? 
A:  *No, points do not expire.

Q:  Will my Reward Certificates ever expire?
A:  Yes, unused reward certificates expire three months after they are issued. 

Q:  How often will I receive a reward?
A:  You will receive your $10 Reward Certificate within 30 – 90 days of reaching 300 points.

Q:  I have more than one card, how does that affect my points?
A:  The points from the cards & key tags will be calculated separately if the name/address are different.  We can automatically combine accounts using the same name/address (see below).

Q:  Our entire family enjoys Hobby Works®, can we have all of our cards add points to a “Household” account?
A:  Yes.  The accounts can be combined under the name and address of the head of household.  Simply complete the change of information form at the store or email us.

Q:  I lost my Works Advantage© Club Card.  How can I get a new one and keep my points?
A:  If you lost your card, the next time you go into our store, please fill out a Change of Information Form at the store.  Get a new card, put the new number on the Form and your accounts will be combined under the new card number.

Q:  When I return an item for credit, will the amount be deducted from my Works Advantage© Club points balance?
A:  Yes, you receive points only for those items purchased and not returned.  You must present a receipt or your Works Advantage© Card at the time of return.

Q: What if my address changes?
A:  Notify us immediately by emailing us or completing the Change of Information form at the store.

Q:  Does sales tax count towards my points?
A:  No.  Points are calculated only on whole dollars of the amount of the purchase, excluding any taxes, warranties, deliveries, gift cards, service fees, reward certificate redemptions and discounts.

Q:  Can I exchange my Reward Certificate for cash?
A:  Reward Certificates must be used in their entirety at the time of purchase.  No change will be given if for any unused portion of the Certificate.

Q:  Who can tell me the balance of my account or the status of my Reward Certificate? 
A:  Email us with any inquiries about your account.  You can also check in any Hobby Works store, though the data may be up to 48 hours behind.

Q:  Can I use my Works Advantage© Card at any Hobby Works® Store?
A:  Yes!  The Works Advantage© is available at all Hobby Works® stores.  Call us for locations.

Q: I lost my Reward Certificate.  May I get another?
A:  Reward Certificates are not replaceable.

Q:  Do I receive any other benefits as a Works Advantage© member?
A:  Yes, several times throughout the year we have Double Point and Bonus Point offers which increase your rebate during that limited time!  In addition, you will receive advance notice of sales and events when you receive your Reward Certificate.

• Hobby Works® annual Works Advantage Club©  ("Plan") participation and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Brey Corp/Hobby Works®.  Brey Corp. has the right to modify, add or cancel any of the plan rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards in whole or in part, at any time without notice - even though such changes may affect the value of points that have already been accumulated or the value of the rewards.
• You must present your account card/key tag with every purchase in order to assure accurate tracking of your points.
• Adjustment requests must be submitted with the ORIGINAL receipt to Hobby Works® within 30 days of purchase.  Accounts under the same address may be automatically combined.  Works Advantage Club participants must be at least 12 years old.
• Participants consent to Hobby Works® accumulation, retention and reasonable use of any and all information regarding the participant acquired as a result of participants participation in the program. 
• Hobby Works® WILL NOT sell Works Advantage Club© information to an outside or third party to be used for any purpose.  You may end your participation at any time by emailing us. 
• Participants will receive a reward voucher by mail within a reasonable time after they achieve the required point minimum as defined in the program. 
• Points will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, warranties, deliveries, gift cards, service charges, labor charges or returned merchandise.  As stated above, the point minimum may be changed by us at any time without prior notification.
• Reward vouchers can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by Hobby Works®, must be used in their entirety at time of purchase and may not be redeemed for gift cards, limited edition new-releases, store credit or cash. 
• Reward vouchers have no cash value and cash will NOT be paid for unused portions of the reward vouchers.  Merchandise purchased with a reward certificate may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. Rewards vouchers are not transferable and Hobby Works®  reserves the right to apply a time limit to voucher redemptions.
• The Works Advantage Club© has no predetermined termination date.  Hobby Works®  has the right to end the plan at any time without any notice.
• Unused rewards vouchers expire if not used.  
• Participants are responsible for notifying Hobby Works® of any address changes or other changes.  Hobby Works® is not responsible for any rewards vouchers which are delayed or lost in the mail or other transit.  Program points may be subject to taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant. 
• Participation in the program is void if prohibited by law or regulated in any way where the participant resides.
