RC Solutions T-Maxx Roll Cage (RC023)

RC Solutions roll cages are unique on the market. They are made from interlocking 1/8" 6061 T6 aluminum to form a strong shell around the truck. It is so strong an adult can stand on it. The cage protects everything on the truck - engine, radio, fuel tank, etc. It also supports the body, so bodies last much longer.

Cartwheels and flips no longer scrape up the cylinder head and break body mounts, shock towers, and fuel tanks. There is good access to radio boxes, pull starters and filters. Bodies fit with minor modifications.

Roll cages for the Savage and Monster GT work with the original bumpers. Cages for the T/E Maxx trucks can use the original bumpers, but are designed together with our spring-steel skid plates to eliminate the conventional bumpers.

There are two types of cages available: The Cybermaxx extended chassis with cage for T-Maxx, and stock chassis add-on cages for T/E-Maxx, Savage, and AE Monster GT. 

The Cybermaxx is a top-of-the-line product for the Traxxas T-Maxx. It is a complete extended chassis kit with matching roll cage and accessories to build the ultimate T-Maxx. The Cybermaxx adds extra length to the wheelbase, but unlike other extended chassis, the Cybermaxx divides the extra length between the front and rear. This gives the Cybermaxx proper weight balance, and allows the fuel tank and throttle servo to be relocated for extra protection and more positive control.

The kit comes with chassis plate, cage, shock towers, skid plates, engine mounts, flywheel spacer, detailed instructions, and other parts to make the conversion. All stock and aftermarket bulkheads, chassis braces, bodies, etc, still fit.

This kit is intended for use with large engines, which require extra wheelbase to reduce rolls and flips. However, the kit comes with engine mount blocks that fit most engines.

An adapter plate is available separately to mount the Traxxas 2.5 engine to the chassis plate.
